Terms of use

Effective September 1, 2026

This page covers this website and the Quit Alcohol Android app; the separate iPhone app, DryMark: Sober Tracker, is published as its own App Store listing and has its own privacy information and terms there.

A wellness tracker, not medical care

This website and the Quit Alcohol app provide general information and self-tracking tools. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, supervise detox, or replace a clinician, counselor, emergency service, or local alcohol-support service.

Withdrawal safety

Stopping alcohol suddenly can be dangerous for someone who is physically dependent. Seek qualified medical guidance if dependence or withdrawal may be possible. Severe shaking, hallucinations, confusion, or seizures require emergency help.

Your use

You are responsible for the information you enter and the decisions you make. Do not use the app while driving or where interacting with a phone would be unsafe. Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or unlawfully copy the service.

Purchases

The app is free to download and offers optional in-app purchases. Prices, billing, renewals, refunds, and cancellation are handled through Google Play and the terms shown at purchase.

No guaranteed outcome

Calendar colors, streaks, milestones, insights, and savings estimates are informational. We do not guarantee a health, financial, or behavioral result.

Availability and changes

Features may change, be interrupted, or depend on device and store availability. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
